July 27, 2016 Tom Wilson moulileo: I'm planning on clean installing Windows 10 on a blank hard drive using the Windows 7 product key and switch between Windows 7 and 10 on the same machine by swapping the hard drives. Theres no reason why it wont work for anyone of you on any other computer running Windows. You just need to download and create installation media, either on a DVD or a flash drive, and install it from there. To do a clean install, you'll need to return to Step 2 in the walkthough above, using the tool you downloaded to create a bootable USB drive or DVD. So you should still be able to use either OS as needed. Choose Create installation media for another PC, then select the language, edition andwhether you want 32- or 64-bit. Windows will automatically activate once its installed.
Must have all the previous updates installed from Windows Update. Flash drives can be unreliable, and corrupted flash drives are pretty common. I just want to clarify if it would work from your experience. Exit the BIOS, again making sure you ‘Save and Exit with Changes’, and you should be able to use your graphics card as your primary display, without having to worry about any black screen. .. For me, better to delete a folder than to buy a product key. Thought it was hilarious. However, there is still a way you can get Widows 10 for free.
