I am not sure if it works because I dont know how to tell if it was flattened. Place Form Text Fieldi in front of text elements that need to be translated to Spanish.Save as Enabled PDF. Please type your message and try again. It seems to work, nothing moved or was resized. Also when you use this feature, it is going to minimize all pop-ups. You'll still be able to select and move them in Acrobat, but not in Reader.
